Take NYS Thruway (87) to Exit 18.
Make a right onto Route 299.
Go 3.5 miles.
FirstCare will be on the left, just before State Police building.

From Highland:

From Route 9W, take Route 299 west for 1.7 miles.
FirstCare will be on the right, just after the State Police building.

From New Paltz:

Take Rte. 299 (Main Street) East.
FirstCare is 3.5 miles past the New York State Thruway entrance on 299, and 1.5 miles past Lowes.
FirstCare will be on the left, just before the State Police building.
